Once upon a time, there was a little mouse named Frank. Frank lived in a big, old house with his family. One day, Frank heard a noise coming from the kitchen. He peeked around the corner and saw a big, juicy apple on the counter. Frank was very hungry, but he knew that the apple didn’t belong to him. Just as Frank was about to take a bite, he heard a small voice. It was a little girl named Lily. She had come into the kitchen to get a snack. Lily was very sad because she had dropped her favorite toy on the floor and it was broken. Frank felt sorry for Lily. He knew how it felt to lose something special. So, Frank decided to help Lily. He scurried over to the broken toy and tried to fix it. With a little bit of effort, Frank was able to put the toy back together. Lily was so happy to see her toy fixed! She thanked Frank and gave him a big hug. From that day on, Frank and Lily were the best of friends. Frank learned that it’s always good to help others, and Lily learned that even the smallest creature can make a big difference.
